BK Trusted Care At Home began long before it ever had a name. It started in a quiet living room, beside my own grandmother, during a time when she needed gentle hands, patient support, and someone who truly saw her . Caring for her opened my eyes to what real home care requires — not just skill, but heart; not just presence, but compassion; not just assistance, but dignity
Those moments shaped me. Helping her choose fresh vegetables, brushing her hair, or sitting with her through long afternoons showed me how small acts can bring comfort, safety, and peace in ways that matter deeply . That experience didn’t just inspire me — it transformed me and set me on the path to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant, so I could provide the same level of compassionate, dignified care to others.
For more than 15 years, I have worked directly with seniors and families, supporting them through the everyday challenges of aging . I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is when a caregiver shows up with kindness, respect, and patience, and I’ve learned what it takes to build trust, honor independence, and create a sense of home even in difficult moments
